宋弘，复旦大学经济学院教授、博导，新加坡国立大学经济学博士，入选国家级青年人才计划（2021），论文发表于Journal of Labor Economics，Journal of Development Economics, Journal of International Economics, Journal of Human Resources,《经济研究》、《管理世界》、《经济学季刊》、《世界经济》、《金融研究》等国内外一流期刊。曾获张培刚发展经济学青年学者奖、洪银兴经济学奖（青年）、邓子基财经学术论文奖、上海市曙光学者、上海社科新人、上海市哲学社会科学学术新锐奖、优秀成果奖等，主持国家自科基金面上项目等多项国家和省部级课题，担任Journal of Asian Economic、China & World Economy期刊副主编、《世界经济文汇》编辑。

讲座简介：

Mental health problems among adolescents have become a growing concern in many countries around the world. Using health insurance claims data from a first-tier city in China, this paper provides statistical evidence of adolescent mental health problems and empirically tests the impact of academic stress on mental health. The main findings are as follows: First, the number and percentage of visits for adolescent mental health problems increased significantly from 2017 to 2021, especially for the junior high school group; Second, the number of visits is strongly correlated with academic stress, with the lowest number of visits during summer and winter holidays and the highest number of visits during the examination season; the regression analysis also confirmed the patterns; Third, we find that China's double deduction policy, which aims to reduce students' academic stress, has no effect on adolescent mental health problems.
