Biography
Lele Li holds a PhD in Management from Tsinghua University and is an Associate Professor at the School of Labor and Human Resources at Renmin University of China. He has also been a visiting scholar at the Harvard School of Public Health, and his research focuses on social security, healthcare payment, hospital management, and health policy. Currently, he serves as the Secretary-General of the Tsinghua University Center for Public Economics, Finance, and Governance, a researcher at the Tsinghua University Center for Healthcare Services Governance, a member of the Health Insurance Committee of the Chinese Health Economics Association, a Youth Committee member of the Health Insurance Branch of the China International Exchange and Promotive Association for Medical and Health Care, a DRG expert at the Hospital Management Research Institute of the National Health Commission, a core expert at the Hebei Public Policy Evaluation Center, and a distinguished researcher at the Hainan Medical Security Research Institute. He has led and participated in over ten national projects funded by the National Social Science Fund of China and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has published over 40 articles in both Chinese and English in core journals, including Health and Social Care in the Community , International Journal for Equity in Health , Cost Effectiveness and Resource Allocation , Risk Management and Healthcare Policy , BMC Medical Informatics and Decision Making , Journal of Public Administration , Chinese Public Administration , Comparative Economic & Social Systems , Chinese Hospital Management , Chinese Health Economics , and Health Economics Research , with six articles reprinted in full by the Renmin University of China Journal Reprints. Additionally, he serves as a peer reviewer for journals such as Frontiers in Public Health , International Journal for Equity in Health , International Journal of Health Planning and Management , Postgraduate Medicine , PLOS Medicine , Social Security Studies , Comparative Economic & Social Systems , and Chinese Public Administration .
