INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES FOR STUDENTS OF THE SLHR

The School aims to cultivate students with an international perspective and encourages them to participate in various international exchange programs. In addition to applying for university-wide programs, the School also offers some options.

Our School maintains close cooperation with the International Labour Organization. Beyond research and policy exchanges, we also fund students to participate in the International Training Centre's youth leadership training programs, aiming to cultivate international talents with a global perspective based in China.

Our School has close cooperation with the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University, USA, sponsoring undergraduates and master's students to participate in the two-week 'Frontiers of Labor and Human Resource Management' summer camp in Rutgers. Based on mutual course recognition, our undergraduate and master's students can apply for the '4+1' and '2+1' programs, respectively, completing the master's program at Rutgers in just one year.

Our School has undergraduate exchange programs with institutions such as the School of Industrial Relations at the University of Montreal, Canada, allowing undergraduate students from both sides to study and exchange at each other's institutions for a short period.

Furthermore, our School supports all doctoral students to study abroad for one academic year, enabling students to solidify their academic foundation and enhance their research capabilities in an international context.
