Speaker Profile

Dr. Mingwei Liu, Professor and Associate Dean at the School of Management and Labor Relations, Rutgers University; Director of the Center for Global Work and Employment; Executive Board Member of the International Labor and Employment Relations Association (ILERA). His research focuses on employment relations, human resource management, technology and work, and corporate social responsibility. His scholarly work has received multiple international awards, including the prestigious "Dunlop Scholar Award" in industrial and labor relations. He serves as guest editor and editorial board member for leading international journals in labor relations, business and management, economics, sociology, and regional studies.
