孙健敏

教师简历:

孙健敏,毕业于北京师范大学,心理学博士,现任中国人民大学劳动人事学院教授,博士生导师,美国富布莱特高级访问学者。研究方向为战略人力资源管理,领导力开发与评价,跨文化管理等。出版《管理学》《人力资源管理》《组织行为学》《人力资源测评理论与技术》等著作和教材多部,发表中英文学术论文近百篇。先后访问美国哈佛大学、斯坦福大学、卡耐基-梅隆大学、佛罗里达大学、英国剑桥大学、伦敦经济学院、德国科隆大学等,美国纽约州立大学管理学院、澳大利亚新南威尔士大学商学院、新西兰奥克兰大学商学院、新加坡南洋理工大学商学院等客座教授,在20多所国外大学用英语讲课或报告,并有中英语同传经验,主持翻译了中国人民大学出版社出版的工商管理经典译丛中的《管理学》《组织行为学》《管理思想史》《文化与组织》等经典著作。美国管理学会(AOM)、美国组织与工业心理学会(SIOP)、国际应用心理学会(IAAP)、国际跨文化心理学会(IACCP)等会员。2019年获得美国工业与组织心理学会(Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology)科学家-实践者主席认可奖, 2020年获得美国管理学会(Academy of Management)人力资源分会戴夫.尤里奇影响力奖。他目前是Human Resource Management Journal 的副主编以及以下英文期刊的编委:Academy of Management Learning and Education, Applied Psychology: An International Review, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Business and Psychology, Management Learning, Asia-Pacific Journal of Management.

James Sun, Ph.d in Psychology, Beijing Normal University. Currently he is a professor of management at the School of Labor and Human Resources at Renmin University of China. Fulbright advanced scholar. His research interests include strategic human resource management, leadership development and assessment, cross-cultural management. He has published dozens of books such as Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Assessment, ect. and published more than a hundred academic papers. He as visited widely Harvard University, Stanford University, MIT, Carnegie-Mellon University, University of Florida, State University of New York at Buffalo, Cambridge University; London School of Economics, University of Koln, University of New South Wales, University of Auckland, among others. He has lectured in more than 20 international universities and was a simultaneous translator. As a key translator, he translated and published dozens of English books into China, such as Management, History of Management Thoughts, Culture and Organization. He is a member of Academy of Management (AOM), Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology(SIOP), International Association of Applied Psychology, International Association of Cross-Cultural Psychology. He was the winner of the Scientist-Practitioner Presidential Recognition Award (SIOP,2019), Dave Ulrich Impact Award (AOM, 2020). He is currently the Associate Editor of Human Resource Management Journal, and on the editorial board in Academy of Management Learning and Education, Applied Psychology: An International Review, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Business and Psychology, Asia-Pacific Journal of Management among others.

刘庆红

教师简历:

刘庆红,公共管理学博士。现任日本立命馆大学教授,博士研究生导师,并在知名日企兼任要职,主要负责相关中华圈业务的发展。在学术界中,刘庆红教授是首位提出用公共价值的观点来研究管理学的资深学者。主要著作有"Creating Public Value: The Challenges of Localization for Japanese Corporations in China", 早稻田大学出版社,2010年11月;《在华日企的本地化研究》、复旦大学出版社,2010年12月;"Globalization and Economic Nationalism in Asia", Oxford University Press ,2012年6月,等。

Keikoh Ryu is a Professor at the Ritsumeikan University. His research has primarily dealt with cross-cultural research methodology in international business and the management of multinational firms. In 2010, Waseda University Press published Dr. Ryus monograph, "Creating Public Value: The Challenges of Localization for Japanese Corporations in China," which was also selected as a winner of the 2010 Emerald/EFMD Outstanding Doctoral Research Awards. He has published in Rikkyo Business Review, Corporate Communication Studies, Journal of International Business, and other scholarly journals. Recently, he served as a member of the editorial board for the Annals of the University of Bucharest.

教师简历:

管延军教授于2009年在香港中文大学获得心理学博士学位,之后在香港理工大学进行了一年的博士后研究工作。2010-2014年在中国人民大学劳动人事学院工作,2013年被评为副教授。2016年加入英国杜伦大学并在2017年成为该院历史上第一位华人正教授。研究领域为人力资源管理、职业生涯管理以及跨文化管理。曾在多种英文学术期刊发表论文,包括Journal of Vocational Behavior, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, Applied Psychology: An International Review, Journal of Career Assessment, Journal of Cross-cultural Psychology, European Journal of Personality, Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, Basic and Applied Social Psychology, Journal of Applied Social Psychology, Journal of Career Development, International Journal of Inter-cultural Relations, Asian Journal of Social Psychology, Judgment and Decision-making等等。

Dr. Yanjun Guan obtained his PhD in Psychology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2009. After serving as a postdoctoral fellow at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University for one year, he worked for School of Labor and Human Resources, Renmin University of China from 2010 to 2014. In 2016,Dr. Guan joined Durham University Business School, UK. Dr. Guan’s research interests include human resource management, career management, and cross-cultural management. 刘聪

教师简历:

刘聪老师是纽约霍夫斯特拉大学心理学系教授,也是应用组织心理学专业的博士生项目的主任。她同时担任了国际压力管理杂志的责任编辑和职业健康心理学杂志编委会成员。刘聪教授的主要研究领域是职业健康心理学,涉及到心理学在提高工作生活质量、保护工人的安全以及健康和福利方面的应用。她曾做过跨文化、跨民族研究来比较中美员工的工作压力,如工作中的人际冲突、与上级的冲突、组织约束和工作自主性缺乏。她的研究成果曾发表于应用心理学杂志,组织行为杂志,管理杂志,职业和组织心理学杂志,工作与压力,国际压力管理杂志,职业健康心理学杂志等。刘教授主要负责硕士生和博士生课程。她讲授的课程包括统计、绩效管理、职业健康心理学、多元统计。她还教授组织行为、动机和社会心理。刘教授指导的博士论文主题涵盖了辱虐管理、工作场所的不文明行为、积极和消极的工作压力源。

Dr. Cong Liu is Professor in the Department of Psychology at Hofstra University, New York. She is the Director of the Ph.D. Program in Applied Organizational Psychology. She serves as the Associate Editor of the International Journal of Stress Management. She also serves on the editorial board of Journal of Occupational Health Psychology.

和经纬博士是香港教育大学亚洲及政策研究学系副教授(长聘)、副系主任。他毕业于新加坡国立大学李光耀公共政策学院并获得公共政策博士学位。他的主要研究专长为公共政策分析、社会政策改革与医疗卫生政策,已在国际著名SSCI期刊发表重要学术论文近三十篇,先后获得世界卫生组织、香港特区杰出青年学者计划、香港特区公共政策研究基金和优配基金等多项研究资助。和博士兼任著名国际学术期刊Policy and Society (SSCI Q1)和Journal of Asian Public Policy(SSCI)副主编,及清华大学《公共管理评论》和中山大学《公共行政评论》编委。

Dr He Jingwei Alex holds a tenured appointment of Associate Professor in the Education University of Hong Kong and serves as the Associate Head of the Department of Asian and Policy Studies. He received his PhD degree in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore. Dr He specializes in public policy analysis, social policy reforms, and health policy studies. He has published extensively in leading international journals and has secured major external competitive research grants from the World Health Organization, the Early Career Scheme, Public Policy Research Funding Scheme, and the General Research Fund of the Hong Kong SAR Government. Dr He serves as the Associate Editor of Policy and Society (SSCI Q1) and Journal of Asian Public Policy (SSCI), and sits in the editorial board of Chinese Public Administration Review (Tsinghua University) as well as Journal of Public Administration (Sun Yat-sen University).
