    Prof. Yang has been dedicated to teaching and research areas, such as auditing of strategic human resources, theory and policy of human resource management, economics for human management, economics for labor and employment law, etc. In 2006 he was chosen to New Century¡¯s Talents Scheme from National Education Ministry, Beijing¡¯s Outstanding Talents Subsidy Scheme, Top Ten Counselor of Beijing¡¯s Universities, etc. He hosted or participated in all kinds of over 50 scientific research projects such as from National Social Science Institute, Social Science Fund, Education Ministry¡¯s key research, Social Science Institute, Education Ministry, Finance Ministry, Commerce Ministry, and Beijing; He successively presided or participated in over one hundred strategic human resource consulting and training projects from public institutions such as large-scale state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, joint ventures, listed companies and government departments, which cover many industries such as talents service, information and communication, finance, international trade, industry, electric power, oil and gas, agriculture, manufacturing.
