1. Lecture Topic: The Application of Grounded Theory in Labor Relationship Research
Grounded Theory is one of the theories with great influence to qualitative research. Its core strategy is coding covering the collected data within the logic of qualitative research as well as constructing theory in the process of collection and coding. The significance of grounded theory is to develop a set of theories and methods about how to deal with the relationship of qualitative data and methods better, in order to make it much systematic and strict, and create a new research template. We will invite enterprises using grounded theory in HRIR, unscramble several coding ways of grounded theory by actual research paradigm, and discuss the value of grounded theory in HRIR research.
