Her research fields include: labor market policy and work-life policy etc. She has been holding the position of International Secretary of Department of Labor in Sweden from 2006. Before that, she worked in Parliament Office of Moderate Party in Sweden, Swedish central bank, Work union economics Institute. Eva Uddén Sonnegård has published a number of thesis on wage policy, the equity of wage, labor microeconomics, has attended many conferences of the association of education evaluation, European labor economist Association, European economist Association and delivered lectures.
