1.　　　　　 Topic: Theoretical and Practical Issues Related to Labor Relations and Trade Unions

At present, China is in the new situation of enterprise restructuring, institutional transformation, social transformation,both facinga"golden period of development," and a "period of prominent contradictions", and labor relations issues have become increasingly prominent.The union has a pivotal position in the labor relations. Most ofthe studies of Chinese trade unions arebased on external observation and evaluation, and we rarely hear the sound issued by the trade unions themselves. The lecture will invite experts to summarize the theoretical research of trade unions and analyze current hot issues of labor relations and trade unions in China.

Jin Shanwen,deputy director of research office of All China Federation of Trade Unions

The research office is responsible for theoretical policy research of labor movement and the trade union , and the organizing and coordinating work of the major research topics in the charge of Secretariat of ACFTU.
